We just love our heritage!

Jules and Jeanne Volny came to the United States in 1977 from Haiti.

They raised their daughters to embrace their Haitian Heritage and gain a love for Haitian Cuisine. Part of that cuisine is Acassan (Vanilla Corn Drink). Acassan is filled with richness and decadence in flavor. With swirls of cinnamon and the lusciousness of vanilla corn and essence; our Acassan is one of a kind.
